Sharing & help consent

When you share your teachers and earn points on StudoPeer, you agree to the following. This is what makes the network work — and what keeps it respectful.

• I agree that my name may be shown to other students who unlock a teacher I've had, so they can message me for help. My email is never shown to them — messages are relayed privately through Studopeer.
• I will do my best to respond and genuinely help students who reach out to me about a teacher I took.
• The teachers I'm uploading are real teachers I actually had — I'm not faking them to earn points.
• I understand my Omnivox screenshot is used only to read teacher names and verify it's genuine — the image itself is not stored, and my personal details on it are not published.
• I understand that reviews and on-platform discussions may be used, in anonymized form, to generate AI teacher insights for other students.
• I can withdraw my consent at any time by contacting Studopeer, after which I’ll no longer appear as a helper.

What is shared, and with whom

Only your name and email are shared, and only with a registered student who spends a point to unlock a teacher you’ve listed. Your contact details are never shown publicly, never sold, and never given to anyone outside the platform.

Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw at any time by emailing privacy@studopeer.com. We’ll stop showing you as a helper and stop sharing your details. Note that students who already contacted you may still have your reply.
